1. I just placed an order — when will it ship?
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@tufflio.com.
Note: Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location. On average, delivery takes 5–15 business days after dispatch.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination.
Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with tags and original packaging intact
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, contact us at support@tufflio.com with your order number and reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Tracking page using that number.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within a few business days, please contact us at support@tufflio.com.
6. I entered an incorrect shipping address—what should I do?
If you notice an address error, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order by replying to your order confirmation or emailing support@tufflio.com.
Address changes may be accepted up to 24 hours, provided the order has not been shipped.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to modify the address, and refunds will not be issued for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
7. The size on the clothing tag looks different—did I receive the wrong size?
In some cases, the size printed on the clothing tag may appear 1–2 sizes larger than what you ordered.
This is due to regional labeling and manufacturing differences. Rest assured, the item you received matches the size you selected at checkout and fits accordingly.
